ESPN has released a new commercial on its series about the upcoming World Cup.  After Bono’s most retweeted ESPN Comercial called United. This time, it’s a short spot about the magic players who use the jersey number 10.

US Soccer Commercial: It Starts Here

Someone told me that US Soccer Federation had a plan to be World Cup Champions in 20 years. Well, at least they want all their people to be aware of what sports they want to be champions, by starting a general market campaign around soccer.

Publicidad TyC Sports: Argentinos – TyC Sports World Cup Ad

New spot by argentina sports tv channel TyC Sports, called “Argentinos”.

In this ad, you can see a number of argentineans complaining why Europe is better than their country, later to be contrasted on how Europeans are amazed by argentinean passion. Spoken in Spanish, English, French and italian.

TyC Sports was Argentina’s tournament official broadcaster. Then, they lost the license by the government who is transmitting all national league games for free in National Television.

Sony Bravia World Cup Ad: Superstar Dreams

Another beautiful World Cup Ad, featuring kids playing in a professional stadium.

Released in April 2010, filmed in Argentina, Racing Club Stadium, the new Sony bravia advert features a group of children playing in a football stadium. Beautifully compossed with stunning music, the ad flows seamlessly. The commercial concludes with the children appearing in a more realistic, urban makeshift football pitch.

Nike Argentina Ad: Plaza de Mayo

Nike Argentina uses violence in a scenario that has has seen historical moments, including the 2001 chaos that generated a number of dead people in Plaza de Mayo, Buenos Aires, during the resign of President De La Rua.

While most of the world cup ads try to touch hearts, this has touch the wrong buttons.
